what we collect
when you use our diagnostic form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, industry, revenue tier, and your responses to our growth diagnostic questions. we use this to understand your business and prepare a relevant consultation.
we also collect web analytics data — pages you visit, time spent on pages, and how you interact with the site. this is tied to a random identifier for your browser, not to your name or email.
how we use it
your diagnostic data helps us prepare a tailored growth analysis before we speak. your contact information lets us reach you to schedule a call. your industry and revenue tier help us benchmark your numbers against peers in your trade.
we do not sell or rent your data to anyone. period.
third‑party services
we use a handful of trusted services to run our business. here is what they do with your data:
- supabase — stores diagnostic form submissions securely in a database. your data lives on encrypted, access‑controlled infrastructure.
- gohighlevel (ghl) — our crm and scheduling platform. when you submit the diagnostic, we create or update a contact record so we can follow up and book your call.
- posthog — product analytics. tells us which pages get visited, how people flow through the diagnostic, and where they drop off. posthog receives a random identifier for your browser, not your name or email.
cookies
we use a small number of first‑party cookies. they do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell or share them.
- ab_header — records which version of a page we showed you in a test, so you see the same version again. lasts up to 180 days.
- ab_id — a random identifier that keeps that test assignment stable. lasts up to 180 days.
- posthog — analytics cookies, when analytics is enabled, so we can count visits and see which pages are used.
we set these cookies only for visitors in the united states. if you are outside the united states, we do not set them at all and we count your visit without storing anything on your device. you can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
data retention
diagnostic submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact. if we cannot reach you, we delete them after that. we keep no session recordings. you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, and we will action it.
your rights
you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- opt out of analytics tracking
to exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. we will respond within 30 days.
children's privacy
our services are not directed at children under 13. we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. if you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
changes to this policy
we may update this policy from time to time. the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
